Let’s meal prep some overnight oats!

Overnight oats are so easy and great for a breakfast meal prep! This Vanilla Overnight Oats has some vanilla pudding for a touch of creaminess!

INGREDIENTS (in each container)
1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup milk or choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp sweetened or unsweetened instant vanilla pudding
Maple syrup to taste
Choice of fruit

Mix all the ingredients in a mason jar or container. Chill overnight.
